I hold a master’s degree in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine from the University of Western States. This accredited program combines rigorous biochemical and physiological training with a functional, systems-based clinical framework. It has given me the tools to approach complex symptoms with both scientific depth and practical clarity.
Before becoming a nutritionist, I taught high school chemistry and physics. Years of teaching helped me hone the skill of breaking down complicated concepts into simple, useful information. This skill shapes my patient care. I want you to understand the “why” behind your symptoms and every step of your plan

My interest in wellness began in high school when I developed severe abdominal pain that no one could explain. For more than fifteen years, I saw specialists, underwent countless labs and scans, and was often told the symptoms were normal, “in my head,” or stress related. Conventional GI doctors told me I would just be in pain forever and there was nothing more they could do.
My turning point came when I worked with eastern and functional medicine practitioners who evaluated my body as a complete system. Through acupuncture, herbal medicine, functional neurology, and targeted nutrition, I finally began to heal. This taught me the power of root-cause thinking and whole-person care, which is the foundation of my work today.
